CANCELLATION POLICY
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our team and our other guests, we ask that you give us at least 48hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
● The first time a guest misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file and you will be required to pay/lose deposit for said appointment.
● After two missed appointments you will be required to pay up-to 100% of your appointment before re-booking.
●All future missed appointments will incur a 50% fee or appointment dismissal from the salon.
AFTER-CARE
We use and recommend products from our own suppliers and hold a wide range of Luxury & Elite after care products for your use at home, to help you maintain and prolong the results of your service.
We always advise you only use products recommended by us especially to bind your verbal contract on colour and specialist services such as extension longevity.
